In this uncertain time, we want to assure you that Analytics remains committed to maintaining consistent and exceptional client and class member service while also keeping the health and welfare of our employees, clients, friends and colleagues as our top priority.
Seamless Client and Class Member Service
We know that the need to work remotely will become increasingly necessary in the coming days and weeks. While our offices will remain open to the extent possible, the Analytics’ staff with whom you work may be doing so remotely. Regardless of where they are, the service we provide to you will be seamless. Our staff will be fully accessible by phone and email and will have access to all documents and resources necessary to continue managing each engagement.
Safety and Health Precautions
We have taken numerous steps to reduce risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. We have advised all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing, staying home when sick, and, if needed, following self-quarantine guidelines as outlined by the CDC. Furthermore, we are implementing additional cleaning measures in our offices for the health and safety of our employees.
We have increased spacing at our office so that employees are distributed across our entire workspace, allowing people to sit at the CDC-recommended distance from one another.
We have halted all non-essential business travel and have directed that all internal meetings be held by phone or videoconference to the extent possible. We have instructed that all non-essential vendor meetings be cancelled or held over the phone. We have asked that all client meetings be held over the phone or by video whenever possible. And, when in-person meetings are necessary, we have asked that those meetings take place in a space sufficient to allow people to sit the CDC-recommended distance from one another, that we avoid shaking hands, and that we follow other appropriate social distancing protocols.
To be clear, we are not aware of anyone at Analytics who has contracted COVID-19. We are simply taking prudent steps to protect our employees, clients, friends and colleagues.
