Data Analysis and Consulting

Complex Data Analysis.

Confirmatory Discovery.

Ascertainability.

Building on five decades of experience – we offer clients a full suite of services relating to identifying and analyzing Defendant and third-party data that support the notice and claims administration process.

We offer support in deposing defendants regarding their computer systems, and perform all necessary standardization and analysis once the data has been produced.  This guarantees the integrity of critical transaction data and ensures the widest practicable – and accurate – distribution of the class notice.

Recent engagements demonstrate the scope of Analytics’ data analysis services:

  • Working closely with the parties, Analytics developed a database of more than 9 million customers that established valuations for each claim (to minimize documentation requested from claimants). After consolidating records to reduce notification costs, Analytics mailed more than 2.2 million notices, sent more than 1.7 million email notices, and coordinated the delivery of 4 million text messages informing class members about the settlement
  • In criminal matters, defendants don’t always maintain the best records. In one engagement, Analytics worked with a forensic image of servers from a crypto currency provider that facilitated Ponzi schemes.  Reviewing more than 10,000,000 computer files, Analytics constructed a database of victims, and then provided personalized notice to investors across the globe.
