Minneapolis, MN — The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has awarded Analytics Consulting LLC a fifth consecutive five-year contract to provide notice, claims management, and distribution services to support the FTC’s consumer protection mission. In 2017 alone, the FTC distributed more than $269 million to more than 3 million consumers. This multiple-award contract has a five-year period of performance. Analytics is one of three awardees and work will be performed in Minneapolis and Washington, DC.

Under this contract, Analytics will provide notification, claims processing, contact center support, and distribution services relating to settlements entered into by the FTC relating to their work protecting American consumers.
